ALTERNATIVE 1
Duration: 4 days and 3 nights.
The program begins in Puerto Montt, city from where we will go away to Hornopirén. In order to realise this passage we will move by Austral highway and we will approach a ferry on “la Arena” Creek. During navigation we will cross the estuary of Reloncaví, arriving until Puelche Creek place where the commune begins and appears again the highway. In the passage we will appreciate fishing creeks, islands, birds and mainly, leafy vegetation. We will eat for lunch in the restaurant the Swan that is located in kilometer 75 of the Austral Highway. After having lunch we will go to the Pichicolo’s spas that count outdoors on pozones and a spectacular view of attractive natural of the place.
The passage begins by the beautiful places of this beautiful city, beginning with the destiny Blanco River, to admire its beautiful and pure waters. In this same place it is possible to realised different activities like photographing the spectacular waterfalls, among others. We will visit extraordinary landscapes like the “La arena” sector, where we will be able to pass through the town and to observe the wonderful Hornopirén Volcano. The third place that we will visit in this trip is Cholgo with a matchless view to the river, sea and volcano; soon direct to Pichanco, town located at 32 kilometers to the south of Hornopirén and place where the Austral Highway finishes. When returning we will visit the beautiful ones and transparent cascades where Doña Tatto, the Water Wheel. There we will realise a stroll in Sea Kayak and a stroll by the botanical park. In afternoon we will be able to rest or to cross and to know the culture the town of Hornopirén.
We initiate ours third day to the Spas of Cahuelmó, where we will enjoy its worked stone wells. In this place we will enjoy snack. When returning we will visit the Quintupeo Fiord, place where the SMS Dresden hides, unique surviving German boat of the I World war in 1915. In addition we will be able to observe wonderful cascades, larches of more than 3,600 years, next to Coihues, Tepas, Ulmos and Lengas. Return to Hornopirén. Later we will go to the located Spas of Llancahué in the Island of Llancahué, in beautiful natural surroundings, watching the Pacific Ocean. With some rustic installations , is considered a very pleasant place, its waters is very recommended for the muscular reumatismo, pains and causes a very relaxing experience. Return to Hornopirén.
The first activity of the day is the visit to the attractive Pichicolo’s spas where we will enjoy wonderful natural outdoors wells and a spectacular view of the natural ones of the place. After this pleasant morning we will initiate the return to Puerto Montt. In the line of return we will cross places like the Creek Apple tree, where we will have lunch, the Hill Chair, ideal place for the sighting of birds, and the Poe Caves. Arrival to Puerto Montt, city where the program finalizes.
ALTERNATIVE 2
Duration: 3 days and 2 nights.
The program begins in Puerto Montt, city from where we will move to Hornopirén. In order to realise this passage we will move by Austral highway and we will approach ferry in the Creek “La arena”, in navigation we will cross the estuary of Reloncaví, arriving until Puelche Creek place where the commune begins and appears again the highway. In the passage we will appreciate fishing creeks, islands, birds and mainly, leafy vegetation. We will eat lunch in the restaurant the Swan that is located in kilometer 75 of the Austral Highway. When arriving at Hornopirén we will realise a towntour where the tourist will be able to enjoy his main attractiveness like the botanical park, besides visiting the spectacular Tato cascades and the water wheel. Dinner in Doña Tato or Mount Foot restaurants (Chaqueihua)
