Day 1: Dinner + lodging

 

 

 

altopalenaDay 2:    Floating Río Espolón + lunch + City Tour

This activity would begin at 10:00 with chat of knowledge where it explained the adopted safety measures for this sport. The Espolón River is an important tributary of the River Futaleufú, with expresses class II where people of all ages can participate, even young and adult majors. During the course, the passengers will have the opportunity to sight flora and native fauna plus the imposing landscape of the Northwest valley. This activity finishes with a lunch box in the border of the river, where the passengers will be able to rest and to bathe in waters of the Espolón River. After the lunch and rest, it is returned to the town of Futaleufú where they will be received by a local guide who will take you to a City Tour, explaining and crossing different sites of historical interest on the colonization and development of this Andean town.

 

 

 

altopalenaDay 3: cavalcade to Río Chico + rustic lunch

The cavalcade would begin the 10:00 starting from the town for a total route of approximately 5 hours. The journey crossed passage through native forests bordering the Small River an affluent of the River Futaleufú. During the course of this horse ridding, the guide will take step to the narration of the arrival of the first originating colonists of Argentina. For the lunch, there will be a rustic typical food in the house of a colonist descendant. After the lunch, this field will be able to be crossed where it takes place cheese and products of kitchen garden artisan or simply to rest, appreciating the beautiful landscape and to recover energies before undertaking the return to Futaleufú.

 

 

 

altopalenaDay 4: Navigation in Espolón lake + rustic lunch

Exit from the town at 10:00 in direction to espolón lake where it will be undertaken in a navigation with narration of the route of the colonists that initiated the penetration of the espolón lake, looking for new lands for cattle ranch and sowing. After this beautiful stroll we will be received with a rustic lunch in the house of a colonist descendant. At the end of the lunch, there will be the option to make mini trekking to appreciate the water jump known like the Throat of the Devil that is the birth of Espolón river.

 

 

 

Day 5: Breakfast and outing

 

 

 

altopalenaDay EX. 1: Trekking Cóndor’s path + Lunch + dinner + lodging

The exit from the town will be at 10:00 in direction to Valley of the Blue. In this route we will be with the beautiful Lonconao Lake which in the days of calm is a true mirror. At the end of the Lake, we will begin ours trekking ascending in a a thick native forest untouched to get to observe a zone where is habitual the flight and nesting of condors. This stroll includes lunch box and its duration will be determined by the time of appreciation and displacement of the group. At the end of the day, return to the town to enjoy a rich dinner.

 

 

Day EX. 2: Fishing in Futaleufú’s+ lunch + dinner+ lodging

We will leave very early town towards the North sector of the Futaleufú River, considered with the Baker river one of the mighty rivers of the Patagonia. Although the Futaleufú River is famous by his rafting and practice of kayak of white waters, also it is it by its extraordinary fly fishing. Between the species that live this River there is the rainbow, brown and fario trout and salmons that in February begin to overcome the rivers in Chile. We will enjoy this activity during the day and a flavorful lunch will be served in the border of the river.

 

 

Day EX. 3: Rafting in Futaleufu’s + lunch + dinner + lodging

Known world-wide by its white waters and their great variety of expresses that vary from class II to V+, this is a unique opportunity to enjoy a full activity full of emotion and adrenalin that is rafting in the River Futaleufú. The River crosses imposing and majestic canyons which in some parts is only possible to appreciate from the rafts. The section is known as “Bridge to Bridge” and will pass through expresses class II and IV. This activity includes lunch box.
